我不是要管你

今天下午，去听了一个讲座，内容是关于“课室语言”，大致上谈的是教师应该如何锤炼用来和孩子们沟通的语言。

体会相当多，也可以说，百感交集。

现在的孩子和“当年”的自己比较，难教多了。
同行们似乎都很同意，也觉得有不少的无可奈何。
大家来听来自杭州的特级教师分享，或许也是企望着一些“办法”。
可惜，没有人拥有速成法。不过，老师把一些心得和我们分享，总有些安慰的作用。

对我的学生（如果你们在读……），老师只想重申：“我不是要管你！”
说我唠叨的孩子大有人在，老师不是傻子，我知道的。
我不喜欢惩罚人，因为我始终相信你们有良知，有一天你们会明白自己行为的后果。

特别喜欢那句 "Inject your soul with liberty"——为灵魂注入自由的精神，多理想的概念！
可是再“理想”的概念，都不能缺少一些理性的限制。
真正的自由，是带有责任的，盲目的“自由”只会误人误己。

我相信，教育的根本意义，不是要压抑青少年，也不是要剥夺他们的自由，而是引导他们对自己的自由选择负责。

我亲爱的宝贝们，你们明白吗？
