Made me feel so out of sorts. Like I'm the only Chinese down there and they're all angmohs. I don't see why is it that anyone of them should be proud that they are bad in their own mother tongue. (Not saying that I'm terribly well at it, but I don't shun it!)

嘿... 说真的我也不知道. 只是每当我想找个, 怎么说, 充满「华文气息」的地方(歹势啦词穷), 就会想来这里走走. 身旁一堆人也不知道是崇拜西洋文化, 还是真的和华文「无缘」, 连我手里捧着一本华文小说也觉得是天下大事.
